Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy


 

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it—no questions asked.

After 12 hours, your order is already being prepped and we won’t be able to cancel it.


To cancel an order:

Email us at hello@wandervogue.com with your order number and the subject line: Order Cancellation Request.

If you’re within the 12-hour window, we’ll process your cancellation and issue a full refund.


 

Returns & Exchanges - Wander Freely. We’ve Got You.

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we now offer free returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

 

What’s eligible for return or exchange?

Any apparel item that’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

 

What’s not eligible?

Due to hygiene and personal use concerns, the following are non-returnable:

  • Undergarments
  • Sports bras
  • Socks
  • One-size-fits-all items
  • Accessories (like caps, beanies, totes, phone cases, etc.)


Got an issue?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll sort it out ASAP.


To start a return or exchange:

Email us at hello@wandervogue.com with the subject line "Request for Return/Exchange" within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos (if there’s a defect or issue)
  • A short note explaining the reason

We’ll review and respond quickly to get it sorted.


 

Refunds - Simple, Smooth, Sorted.

Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect items, or eligible returns. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

If it’s been more than 7 business days since your refund was approved, reach out to us and we’ll look into it.
