 1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All prices include standard shipping within India. No extra fees at checkout.

 

 2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Each product is made to order.

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days

• Delivery Time (India): 4–9 business days after dispatch. (In rare cases there may be delays)

You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

 

 3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

At the moment, we do not allow cancellations once an order is placed. Since all products are made to order, we’re unable to stop production mid-way. We are working on offering cancellation options in the future.

 

 4. Can I return or exchange an item?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size or style preferences.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

 

 5. Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet—but we’re working on it. Wander will be going global soon, so stay tuned.
