1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All prices include standard shipping within India. No extra fees at checkout.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Each product is made to order.
• Processing Time: 2–5 business days
• Delivery Time (India): 4–9 business days after dispatch. (In rare cases there may be delays)
You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Just email us at hello@wandervogue.com with your order number and the subject line Order Cancellation Request. After 12 hours, we can’t guarantee cancellation as the order may already be processing.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We offer free returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
5.What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
• Undergarments
• Sports bras
• Socks
• One-size products
• Accessories like caps, totes, phone cases, etc.
6. How do I return or exchange a product?
Easy. Just email us at hello@wandervogue.com within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number, a quick note, and any relevant photos (if there’s an issue), and we’ll guide you from there.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s on the way. It might take a bit for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet—but we’re working on it. Wander will be going global soon, so stay tuned.
